Brisket, Corned beef or Scrapple, three large eggs scrambled perfectly with sautéed peppers, onions, American cheese and our roasted garlic-sundried tomato aioli.  All inside a warm tortilla and served with rough cut breakfast potatoes.

Slow cooked cornbeef, scratch made Thousand island and sourkraut on thick cut toasted Rye bread.

Tempura fried bacon, Lettuce, marinated tomatoes, Gouda cheese, and homemade Southwest  Aioli on Toasted Sourdough bread.

Slow cooked beef brisket, Tempura fried bacon, Cheddar cheese and BBQ sauce on toasted Sourdough bread.
